East Haven Police have arrested three men for allegedly repeatedly taunting and challenging officers to chase them as they did tricks on their four-wheel all-terrain vehicles around town, according to a New Haven Register report.

The newspaper reports that the group of local men would find an EHPD patrol car, usually in the area of Main Street and Hemingway Avenue, and then perform wheelies or other tricks in an attempt to get the officer to enter into a pursuit.

The men would then reportedly frequently film the incidents and then post them on a Facebook page they created to promote their stunts.

Mark Mastracchio, 29, was charged with liability for the acts of others; Michael Esposito, 27, and Joseph Arcangelo, 28, were charged with reckless driving, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop and operating an all-terrain vehicle without registration, the Register's Jennifer Swift reports.
