the "systems" are not set up to do that. There are several hundred tax districts, (600+ ?)Read More its not just state tax, its local taxes also.(county, city etc) This has little effect on the physical mom and pops on main street. It kills the Amazon, EBay, and Etsy small businesses, as well as the small physical business that also sells over the internet. Lowes, Home Depot, JC Penny, etc have eliminated the no tax-free delivery internet sellers. Additionally it places an unsurmountable burden on the "cottage" sellers. It helps the big box retail businesses who have been behind it from the start. Lets put another nail in the coffin of entrepreneurialism. I have no ides how it affects individual private sellers on ebay.

Jerry, CT isn't business friendly at all. Corporate taxes keep changes, DEEP rules continuallyRead More change forcing companies to continually up-grade systems. No wonder more & more are moving to N & SC. Forget the SBA and the like, they are a joke. Having said that, let me see if I got this correct. If bill passes, and I sell something on line, do I have to charge the sales tax or the system I use to make that sale does so?

Why not give them dinner as well. Put the control of raising kids on the back of society for theRead More parents must be to busy to get up early, feed their kids and sent off to school. More un-funded liberal programs that will doom this country.

Everyone: Just a quick note that as many of you know, I've been traveling along the west coast allRead More this week assisting in training sessions that help my fellow local editors in that part of the country walkthrough and learn our new 2.0 platform. And I posted this quick story as part of one of the sessions. Somehow, it showed up in this morning's newsletter. And so, I just wanted to explain what this piece of content was to those of you who may have clicked through. And I also wanted to confirm, that until I flew to San Diego on Sunday, I had not flow for more than 10 years. Just an FYI!
