Let us assume that the liberal Democrats repeal the Second Amendment and BAN ALL GUNS.
The United States has an estimated 200 to 250 million guns in public hands.
Assume that the police confiscate ALL THE GUNS from LEGAL citizens with official gun permits.
Do you believe that anything will change with these statistics?
Criminals, gang members, drug dealers, street thugs do not go to Walmart or Dick's Sporting Goods to buy their firearms.
My grandmother lived during Prohibition. Beer, Hard Liquor and wine were banned by the U.S. Government.
My grandmother said that if you had money or if you had power, than you would be able to get alcohol anywhere during Prohibition.
You can make marijuana, guns or alcohol illegal, but people will still be able to get it.

Th FBI's data base, NCI, is searched by the locals as well. Any arrest will appear. The truth is the back log is the requirement for such checks to buy ammo, long guns, and all the other stupid things the Legislature thru in the mix. Just like all governments, pass a bill but don't fund it as if there was money to spend anyway.
So, my hat goes off to Malloy and his lackey Lawlor. Thanks for screwing us - again.

Have CAGV pay for it, they are the ones that laid the ground work for these…Read More ridiculous laws so let them come up with a solution. 5 more murders in New Haven and Hartford over the weekend by the way. Looks like criminals are still committing crimes while law abiding citizens are being put out.
