Week Ahead in East Haven: Playgroup, Yoga & Hemingway

Monday, September 30
There's a preschool playgroup from 10am to 11am at the Hagaman Library this morning.
There will be a discussion of Ernest Hemingway's novel, A Moveable Feast, at the Hagaman Library at 3pm. Copies of the book are available for loan at the library. The town's Fire Department Commission meets at 7:30pm at the Senior Center.
Tuesday, October 1
There will be a flu clinic at town Hall at 3pm sponsored by the East Shore District Health. Most insurance is accepted; otherwise there is a $25 charge.
The Town Council meets at 7pm at the Senior Center.
Wednesday, October 2
Free yoga class at the Hagaman Library from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Yoga instructor Judith Lawson will teach participants a number of basic yoga postures and these postures will be incorporated into each class. This free class is for beginners and no prior knowledge of Yoga is necessary. Space is limited to 20 participants per class. Registration is required. The town's Planning & Zoning Commission meets at 7pm at the Senior Center.
Thursday, October 3
The job search support group meets at the Hagaman Library from 3-4pm. Free. Email fgillespie@hagamanlibrary.org if you plan to attend.
