Monday, Sept. 2
Happy Labor Day! Here's a handy guide to what is closed and what is generally open on this national holiday. In East Haven, schools and town offices are closed.
Tuesday, Sept. 3
The Town Council meets starting at 7pm at the East Haven Senior Center
Wednesday, Sept. 4
Visit the East Haven Historical Society Museum at 200 Tyler Avenue (the old East Haven High School). It's open Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm. Call 203-468-6982 for more information.
The town's Planning & Zoning Commission meets at 7pm at the Senior Center.
Friday, Sept. 6
The start of the 22nd Annual East Haven Fall Festival on the Green. The festival's hours today are from 6pm to 11pm. It continues on Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday, Sept. 7
There's a Lemonade Stand and Tag Sale to benefit the victims of the East Haven Plane Crash happening all day at 11 Park Place. Come out and see what treasures you can find!
