NAUGATUCK, CONN – August 6: Wayne Winsley, committed  candidate to represent all of the citizens of CT’s 3rd Congressional District, will be holding an open Candidate’s forum on Thursday August 9th at 7:00pm at the , 91 Taylor Ave. East Haven.
