East Haven Rotary Wine & Beer Tasting

The Rotary Club of East Haven will be hosting its first Wine & Beer Tasting fundraiser on Tuesday, March 27, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the , 3 Cosey Beach Avenue in East Haven.

Hors d’ouvres will be served throughout the evening. A raffle will be drawn at 8 pm with the grand prize a 32” flat screen TV donated by Cable Comm, LLC. There will be additional other prizes awarded also.

Since the Rotary Club is a not-for-profit organization, the success of this fundraiser will have a direct impact on the Club’s ability to help the community of East Haven, club members said.

Community Service

The East Haven Rotary Club was founded in 1939. Since that time Rotarians from East Haven have been involved in thousands of projects helping the residents of not just East Haven but around the world.

Some of the club’s annual activities are: “," , distribution of Thanksgiving baskets and , recognizing and annual Scholarship awards, and Public Safety Officers of the Year recognition, as well as other projects.

Raffle Prize Donations

To help with the fundraising efforts the club is still seeking donations to use as raffle prizes.
