Attorney Anne Leavitt Joins Trendowski & Allen, P.C.

Trendowski & Allen, P.C. is pleased to announce that Attorney Anne R. Leavitt has
joined the Firm as an Associate. Attorney Leavitt graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2009 with Honors in a Tax Concentration. While at Quinnipiac, she was awarded for distinguished academic achievement in Estate and Financial Planning.  Attorney Leavitt graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, and from the University of Connecticut with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Leavitt was an associate attorney in a general practice law firm handling real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, family law, and personal injury.  She also brings to the Firm extensive commercial real estate experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a real estate investment, development and management company providing strategic planning and oversight to maximize multi-family and commercial real estate portfolio performance.

Attorney Leavitt’s litigation practice will concentrate in the areas of residential and
commercial real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, family law, and
personal injury.  In addition, she will be handling insurance coverage disputes and related litigation, foreclosures, and debt consolidation.

Trendowski & Allen, P.C. was founded in 1996 and has offices in Centerbrook,
