Genealogy Club

If you have an interest in genealogical research, the Hagaman Library has a Genealogy Club that meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00p.m. The club is free and open to everyone. The library has an in-house subscription to the popular collection of searchable databases on Ancestry.com. With a valid Connecticut library card, you can also access www.iconn.org which is home to HeritageQuest online, The historical Hartford Courant (1764-1922) and the Biography and Genealogy Master index.
The Genealogy Club is for beginners and experts alike. If you are stumped or at a brick wall in your family research, chances are there is someone in the club who can help you find the best source for the information you need.  Please register for this event on the library event website or call.
