East Haven Rotary's 'Students of the Month'
December's honorees are East Haven High School students Kayla Poirier, Marcella Ferraro and Katelyn Oca.
The recognized three seniors from as their most recent recipients of the club's Student of the Month program.
This month’s honorees are the final from the last academic year, as that ceremony was delayed this summer due to the damage from Hurricane Irene.
The winners are Kayla Poirier, Marcella Ferraro and Katelyn Oca.
Each month the Rotary recognizes a student from East Haven High School’s junior class.
The student is invited to attend a Thursday night dinner meeting at the t and is presented with a certificate and a United States Savings Bond.

Winners then become eligible for a $1,000 scholarship to be awarded at the end of the scholastic year.
