I am not a perfect person I will and can admit that I have made mistakes in the past and I have also as shown in the shown copy of an arresst record that was obtained through the Freedom of Information Act.

I have had to call the East Haven Police Department to step in and perform their duty on my behalf. As is the case in the item shown here in this blog.

 The truth of the matter is on that particular day my sister who is a drug and alcohol addict assaulted me in the middle of Michael Street and since I am a firm believer in never laying a hand on women to defend myself I phoned the East Haven Police to intervene in the matter.

I was informed that since the incident had happened in the middle of the street that it was a breach of peace and because we're brother and sister a domestic violence and even though I was the victim in this incident due to CT State Law they had to bring me in as part of the process.

I was indeed brought to the East Haven Police Station and about 15 minutes later I was released as I was the victim in the case I was the one who was assaulted.

Now if some feel that as a disabled person I should have not called the Police but stood there and continued to be assaulted or as they deem it "wasting the taxpayers dollars on resources that should be given to fighting real crime." Assault is a real crime regardless of where it occurs and who commits it.

Have I made mistakes in the past yes. Am I man enough to put the past in the past and move forward in a positive direction to accomplish positive things for those in my community yes.

One of the books I enjoy reading is the Bible and I came across the following when reading online last night and I feel it is of particular interest in the discussion of my record when it comes to those who are seeking only to paint a negative picture and not inform the readers of the whole picture but rather only that which they choose to pervert and seek to use against me in an attempt to discredit myself soil, my reputation and the works that I have accomplished and that which I have achieved on behalf of the East Haven Community.
