You are doing a wonderful job keeping everyone up to date Julie. Keep up the good work. But remember to go to sleep -- it's 1:30 AM!

Thanks, Ted. And I'll be getting some sleep soon! Hope you get some, too. Take care and stay safe.

Julie- Here's a map from the Army Corps of Engineers showing flooding impacts. Was this the one you were looking for last night? http://www.nae.usace.army.mil/projects/hes/ct/east_haven.pdf For what its worth, this map is in agreement with the simulation I shared earlier.

Dave: I'm not sure, but this certainly is another big help. Especially since its from the corps. Thanks again for sharing with readers, I appreciate it. I'll add it to this post.

Don't believe all the hype. This storm will have no effect on us. 24 hours of moderate wind and rain. That's about all. The media is pushing the storm way to hard!!
I will be going to the High School today where the shelter is to try and help our East Haven Neighbors who may be there and need help.

I hear the water is almost at the town beach house in East haven right now. It looks like it may be caught in this high tide and then again tonight.

The East Haven Fire Commission and Police Commission have cancelled their meetings this week.
