Little confused! The taxes we just finished paying were the ones due last July 1st and this past Jan 1st, based on the budget set mill rate last spring. All last years taxes should have been paid by now. How can an appeal be made on property taxes now when the new round of budget talks and mill rate hasn't been set yet. If my property taxes due July 1, 2014 haven't been set yet what is there to appeal? Must be me missing something!

Richard: just so it's clear, I edited the post to include the years before the different taxes that are up for appeal now: 2013 Real Estate, Personal Property and 2012 Supplemental Motor Vehicle Assessments. Hope that clears it up!
