The following is a press release from the East Haven Mayor's Office.
As Public Services continues this week in its efforts to further widen selected primary and secondary roads and remove snow from sidewalks on Town properties, the East Haven Landfill will remain closed this Friday and Saturday February 22nd and 23rd.
The Landfill still has a heavy amount of snow at that location and with the current priority to continue clean-up removal operations throughout these key areas of town, it will prevent the crews from making the Landfill safe for residents to have access in time for this weekend.
