East Haven Is Hanging Its Holiday Decorations — How About You?

Town crews are busy sprucing up the downtown core in preparation for this year's holiday season. What about you: do you hang holiday decorations? If so, when?

It may have been more than 60 degrees in East Haven yesterday — and it's expected to be just about the same today — but it is already beginning to look a lot like Christmas throughout the town's downtown core.

Members of East Haven's Department of Public Service continued their work yesterday in hanging holiday decorations throughout the Main Street corridor.

East Haven Patch was able to catch up with one of the crews, which was hanging ornaments and flags on utility poles in front of the East Haven Fire Department's Main Street headquarters.

But what about you? Do you decorate your home or apartment for the holidays? If so, have you already hung your festive holiday notes or do you wait until later in the season?

And if your decorations are already up, feel free to post your pictures or your video and share them here, as always, we'd love to see your festive offerings — whether big or small — this holiday season.
