UPDATE: Missing Enfield Children Found Safe

Police say Theresa Bosley abducted her 12-year-old granddaughter and 4-year-old grandson.

UPDATE, 3:07 p.m.

The two children who had been reportedly abducted in Enfield Friday have been found safe, according to a new release from Enfield police.

"The two minor children that were the subjects of the earlier Silver Alert have been located unharmed," Capt. Jeff Golden said in the release. "We would like to add that the use of the Silver Alert and CT-Alert Everbridge System were vital components in the success of this operation.

The department would like to recognize the hard work and diligence of the detective bureau and those officers that brought this case to a successful conclusion. No arrests have been made at this time."

Enfield police are searching for two children who they say have been abducted by their grandmother.

Police issued a Silver Alert to be on the lookout for Kilee Bosley, 12, and her 4-year-old brother, Christopher, who were abducted by their paternal grandmother, Theresa Bosley.

Theresa Bosley, 50, is described as a white woman, 5'4" tall with hazel eyes.

Police said they may be traveling in a gray two-door 2007 Ford Focus with CT registration 117-NPP.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the children and their grandmother is asked to call the Enfield Police Department immediately at 860-763-6400, and reference case #2012-27982.
