Mark H. Solecki, 52, of 7 Cutters Lookout Circle, East Haven, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
On April 5
Carlos Luis Maldonado, 22, of 518 Main St., Apt. 76, East Haven, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.
James Thomas Dowd, 31, of 407 Short Beach Road, East Haven, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
