Police say the woman provided a name and date of birth which matched a customer who had never used this CVS branch and had not used a CVS pharmacy in over one year.

The prescription was discovered by another pharmacist because it did not match the medication currently prescribed to the victim. The victim resides in East Haddam. The doctor's name on the prescription is listed as that of a physician assistant in Middlesex Hospital.
