Police: 21-Year-Old Assaulted Person Over 60
No plea has been entered in the East Haven man's case.
A 21-year-old East Haven man was arrested Sept. 22 on charges of third-degree assault and breach of peace.
Police say the man, Misael Reyes, of Bradford Avenue, assaulted a person who is either over the age of 60 or disabled. The police report did not state where the alleged incident took place, nor whether the victim suffered any injuries.
The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. According to the state Judicial Branch website, Reyes' bond was set at $2,500.
No plea has been entered in the case, which is scheduled to continue at New Haven Superior Court on Nov. 6.
