Pedestrian Thought to be Struck Actually Drunk: Police
The incident happened around midnight on Tuesday morning.
A man who was believed to be hit by a car in the vicinity of 213 Thompson St. was actually just drunk, according to the East Haven Police Department.
The call came in at approximately midnight on late Monday night and early Tuesday morning.
According to Assistant Fire Chief Chuck Licata, the unidentified man was hospitalized.
