Letter: Police to Host Meeting With Business Owners

East Haven Interim Police Chief Brent Larrabee is inviting all local business owners to the upcoming meeting, which will take place June 13. RSVP by June 7.

To the Editor:

and I would like to invite you to a meeting between the East Haven business owners and the East Haven Police.

The meeting would be open to any business person in East Haven to meet with the Chief of Police and members of the to discuss issues of mutual interest.

Some of those topics would include crime trends in the town as well as in the area in general, enforcement projects, our strategy for policing East Haven in the future as well as to share some of our goals and objectives.

lf there is sufficient interest, I would continue these meetings on a regularly scheduled basis. There would also be an opportunity for questions and answers.

The inaugural meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 13, 2012 at 12:00PM at the East Haven Police Headquarters. Lunch will be provided.
