On May 24th 2012, the East Haven Police Department participated in the CLICK IT or TICKET campaign.
The checks were performed on both Foxon Road and Hemingway Avenue. The hours of operation were between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
A total of 42 citations were issued which included 33 seatbelt violations and 9 other motor vehicle infractions to include unregistered motor vehicles and related offenses.
