East Haven Police: Man Arrested for Sexually Assaulting a Minor
Police say the 21-year-old suspect, an East Haven resident, allegedly sexually assaulted a juvenile female "multiple times," according to the victim.
The following is a press release from the East Haven Police Department.
On November 6, 2012 at approximately 1700 hours, the East Haven Police Department arrested William Flynn, age 21, for an alleged sexual assault.
The victim, a juvenile female, reported to Police that she had been sexually assaulted multiple times by Flynn.

Flynn is charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Risk of Injury to a Minor, both felony charges.
Information developed during this investigation leads investigators to believe that there may be additional victims.
