East Haven Police Blotter for Oct. 5-11

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Vincent Dimicco, 26, of 1561 Chapel St in New Haven, was charged Oct. 11 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Frank N. Rubino, 49, of 466 Main Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 11 with possession of narcotics; the illegal manufacture, distribution, sale, prescription or administration by non-drug-dependent person; and making an improper turn with a vehicle. He was released on a $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19

Frederick S. Brown, 37, of 10 Gabriel St. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 10 with simple trespass and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $1,500 bond was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 11.

Mary Young, 36, of 140 Thompson St. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 10 with disorderly conduct. There was no bond amount set, and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 11.

David Rey, 40, of 833 Grand Ave. in New Haven, was charged Oct. 10 with third-degree burglary, theft of a firearm and criminal possession of  a handgun. There was no bound amounts set for the charges, and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Ronald C. Wardwell, 33, of 192 Mclay Ave. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 9 with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was released on a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 11.

Jeremy Michael LeBlanc, 22, of 315 Short Beach Road, was charged Oct. 9 with operating with a suspended or revoked license and/or registration, failing to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and unsafe movement or stopping of a vehicle. There was no bond amounts set, and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 20.

Michael J. Orifice, 42, of 41 Wheaton Road in East Haven, was charged Oct. 8 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a $1,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Jamice Stanci, 21, of 99 Edgewood Ave. in New Haven, was charged Oct. 8 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Jaquan Wiliams-Garner, 18, of 18 Garden St. in New Haven, was charged Oct. 8 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Evan McCue, 25, of 28 Rogers Road in Forestville, was charged Oct. 7 with possession of narcotics and possession of less than a half of an ounce of cannabis (first offense). He was released on a $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 19.

Giovanni Michael Cardona, 19, of 56 Hughes Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 5 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to obey a traffic control signal. He was released on a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 13.

Lori Ann Butler, 39, of 147 Dodge Ave. in East Haven, was charged Oct. 5 with operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and driving in an improper lane. She was released on a $500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 13.
