East Haven Police Arrests: Threatening, Interfering with an Officer, Larceny

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Edward Urban, 44, of Colonial Heights Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 12 with disorderly conduct and first-degree threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26. Arresting officer: John F.  Finnimore.

Richard Anthony Fillipelli, 54, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged Dec. 12 with first-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Dylan Matthew Goulet, 20, of Raymond Court in East Haven, was charged Dec. 11 with failure to respond/infraction. A bond amount of $175 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Brandon Montefusco, 20, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 11 with eight counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of interfering with a police officer. A total bond amount of $39,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12. Arresting officer: Michael Jobes.
