East Haven Police Arrests: Theft of A Firearm, Robbery, Interfering with Police

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Nicole Marie Marchitto, 28, of Bradley Avenue in East Haven, was charged April 1 with fifth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Panayoti Hrampanis, 27, of Shepard Avenue in New Haven, was charged March 31 with two separate counts of criminal violation of a protective order, first-degree violation of conditions of release, disorderly conduct and interfering with police. A total bond amount of $51,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 1. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Lori L. Esposito, 50, of Pearl Street in New Haven, was charged March 31 with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman.

Robert Francis Imperato, 26, of Hellstrom Road in East Haven, was charged March 30 with disorderly conduct, possession of a sawed-off shotgun or silencer and theft of a firearm. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 31. Arresting officer:  Nicholas S. Palladino. 

Shawn Michael Craig, 18, of Silversands Road in East Haven, was charged March 30 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 31. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Prince James Branch, 42, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged March 30 with sixth-degree larceny and failure to respond/infraction. A total bond amount of $650 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officers: Sue Ellen Consolati and Edmund Vecellio.

Josue Juan Moreno, 32, of Liberty Street in Meriden, was charged March 29 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 31. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara. 

Anthony Vincent Carpentino, 26, of North High Street in East Haven, was charged March 28 with interfering with a police officer, second-degree breach of peace, failure to appear in court and violation of probation. A total bond amount of $1,495 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officers: Edmund Vecellio and Matthew J. Wambolt. 

Nicholas Delcorte, 58, listed as homeless in East Haven, was charged March 28 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers. 

Sean F. Pepe, 29, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged March 28 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $2,500 set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 9. Arresting officer: Sean Moriarity.
