East Haven Police Arrests: Strangulation, Assault, Burglary

Jamerilla Lawson, 53, of Foster Street in New Haven, was charged Jan 7 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Yexenia Rivera, 25, of Forrest Street Ext in East Haven, was charged Jan. 5 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 6. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Victoria Anne Cameron, 28, of Kenneth Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 5 with second-degree violations of the conditions of release. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 6. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Jacob Law, 18, of Sperry Lane in East Haven, was charged Jan. 5 with evading responsibility. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 16. Arresting officer: Sean Moriarity.

Victoria Anne Cameron, 28, of Kenneth Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 5 with disorderly conduct, violation of a standing criminal restraint order and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 6. Arresting officer:  Robert Nappe.

Robert Edward Craig, 59, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Jan. 4 with fifth-degree larceny.  A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Richard Anthony Fillipelli, 54, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged Jan. 2 with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $15,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Shawn T. Hatchel.

Francis Belevich, 23, of Charnes Drive in East Haven, was charged Jan. 1 with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation. A bond amount of $20,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 2. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Monique Francouer, 25, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Jan. 1 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan .2. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Stephen P. Tarquino, 30, of View Terrace in East Haven, was charged Jan. 1 with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 2. Arresting officer: Robert Nappe.
