East Haven Police Arrests: Sexual Assault, Stalking and Threatening

Raymond Martinez, 46, of Boston Avenue in East Haven, was charged Jan. 14 with risk of injury to minor and fourth-degree sexual assault. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 15. Arresting officer: Benjamin P. DeCrosta. 

Kathleen Mary Dominick, 55, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 13 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Lisa Piasecki, 51, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Jan. 13 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 14. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Phollip Piasecki, 52, of Coe Avenue in East Havn, was charged Jan. 13 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Ja. 14. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Joseph Michael Vitkovsky, 22, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with no insurance, evading responsibility and following too close. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Greg Norton, 56, of Fenway Road in Branford, was charged Jan. 12 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set ad he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Nicole Pastore, 24, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.

Joseph Lee Pastore, 26, of Thompson Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.

Nicole L. Oakley, 53, Pirot Circle in East Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert. 

Daniel Matsin McFadden, 28, of Sorrento Avenue in East Haven, was charged Jan. 12 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: Robert Nappe.

Daniel T. Sammarco, 22, of North Haven Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 10 with second-degree stalking. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: David Torello.
