East Haven Police Arrests: Probation Violation, Criminal Trespass, Larceny

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Ryan Carafeno, 18, of Old Town Highway in East Haven, was charged Dec. 17 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 9. Arresting officer: Robert Nappe. 

Dawn Adragna, 46, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 5 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia. 

Justin Edward Marco, 19, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Dec. 4 with third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 11. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Richard Anthony Fillipelli, 54, of Branford Road in North Branford, was charged Dec. 4 with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette. 

Gerald Clifford Haag, 52, of Totoket Road in North Branford, was charged Dec. 4 with violation of probation. A bond amount of $20,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.
