East Haven Police Arrests: May 29 - June 4

June 4
East Haven Police arrested Brandon Alvarez, 31, of Naugatuck Avenue in Milford with charges of harassment in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.  Arresting officer: Alfred Maio.  

Jesse Wrubel, 27, of Orford Road in West Haven was arrested and charged with the illegal manufacture, distribution and sale of a controlled substance, possession of a hallucinogen, possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to sell illegal drugs. Arresting officer: Joseph Mulhern.  

Police arrested Joseph Montgomery, 33, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven on charges of breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.    

John Mills, 37, of George Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.  

June 3
Police arrested Courtney Vincent, 43, of Demeter Drive in East Haven on charges of breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.  

Kevin Vincent, 49, of Demeter Drive was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.  

Police arrested Dylan Goulet, 19, of Raymond Court in East Haven with charges of carrying and/or selling a dangerous weapon and breach of peace in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.  

George Goulet, 44, of Raymond Court was arrested and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, injury/risk of injuring/impairing the morals of a minor, breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.    

Erick Vece, 24, of Myrtle Avenue in West Haven was arrested and charged with criminal violation of a protective order and assault in the third degree.  Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.    

Police arrested Ricardo Figueroa, 22, of Greenwich Street in New Haven with charges of the illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession near a school, injury/risk of injury/impairing the morals of a minor, conspiracy to cultivate marijuana, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and conspiracy to illegally possess a controlled substance near a school or public housing.  Arresting officer: Shawn Hatchel.  

June 2
Police arrested Robert McLoughlin, 40, of Forest Street in East Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree.  Arresting officer: Robert Brockett.  

Scott Modena, 48, of Hickory Hill Lane in Branford was arrested and charged with reckless driving, breach of peace in the second degree, assault in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree.  Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.  

Dirck Wuestefeld, 55, of Hartman Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with the illegal manufacturing, distribution and sale of a controlled substance. Arresting officer: Michael Jobes.  

Police arrested Johanna Alulema, 29, of Rosette Street in New Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree.  Arresting officer: John Finnimore.  

June 1
Mark Miserendino, 43, of George Street in East Haven was arrested by police and charged with littering, breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman.  

May 31
Police arrested Christopher Woods, 24, of Sylvan Hills Road in East Haven with charges of criminal mischief in the third degree and disorderly conduct. Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers.

Karen Gambardella, 55, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order.  Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.
