June 11

East Haven Police arrested Matthew Rispoli, 28, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven with charges of criminal violation of a restraining order. Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman. 

June 10

Changfeng Cui, 31, of Flushing, New York, was arrested by police and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and threatening in the second degree. Arresting officer: John Finnimore. 

June 9

Police arrested Cristian Rojas, 21, of Oakley Street in New Haven with charges of operating under the influence, driving in the improper lane, operating without a license, and having no insurance. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino. 

Jodie Tabb, 52, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was arrested and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and criminal violation of a protective order. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski. 

Police arrested Dawn Miller, 47, of Henry Street in East Haven with charges of breach of peace in the second degree. Arresting officer: Carlos Roman. 

Randall Neumann, 49, of Henry Street in East Haven was arrested by police and charged with breach of peace in the second degree. Arresting officer: Carlos Roman. 

Peter Tiroletto, 28, of Osmond Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Arresting officer: Eduardo Diaz. 

Police arrested Jezebel Carr, 20, of Atwater Street in New Haven on charges of larceny in the sixth degree.  Arresting officer: Shirley Conyers. 

June 8

Stephen Ferriola, 45, of Country Road in North Branford was arrested by East Haven Police and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.  Arresting officer: David Olson. 

Police arrested Elizabeth Orozco-Lucero, 29, of Clinton Avenue in New Haven with charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a license plate, having no insurance, under suspension of alcohol, evading responsibility, driving in the improper lane and failure to appear in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

June 7

Shawn Schump, 33, of Thompson Street in East Haven was arrested by police and charged with threatening in the second degree. Arresting officer: Alfred Maio. 

June 6

Police arrested Jordyn Hilgert, 22, of South Union Street in Guilford with charges of failing to appear in the second degree, operating a vehicle under suspension and following too close. Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman. 

Karen Gambardella, 55, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth and criminal violation of a protective order.  Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman. 

Police arrested Ryan Wallace, 37, of Old Foxon Road in East Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the sixth degree, and criminal violation of a protective order. Arresting officer: Ryan Gorman.

Justin Torello, 23, of Mill Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with assault on a peace officer, firefighter and/or EMS person. Arresting officer: David Olson.
