East Haven Police Arrests: July 17 - 23

The following arrest information is supplied by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

July 23

East Haven Police arrested Albert Stober, 28, of First Avenue in West Haven with charges of disorderly conduct, two counts of criminal trespass in the first degree, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order and assault in the second degree.  The arresting officer was John Finnimore. 

Richard Filipelli, 54, of Cosey Beach Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and disorderly conduct.  The arresting officer was Michael Jobes.

July 21

Police arrested Paul Porto, 27, of Clay Street in New Haven with charges of larceny in the sixth degree and interfering with a police officer. The arresting officer was Michael Jobes.

Jasmine Michalak, 19, of Colonial Drive in North Haven was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Vincent Ferrara.

July 20

Police arrested Alfred Wyant, 56, of Thompson Avenue in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Shirley Conyers. 

Andrew Santanello, 19, of Colonial Drive in North Haven was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Vincent Ferrara.  

July 19

Police arrested Carlos Aucapina, 37, of Bradley Street in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct.  The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. 

Police arrested Jessica Steeves, 26, of Bradley Street in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct.  The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda.

July 18

Police arrested Sharon Blore-Shaknaitis, 57, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven on charges of failure to appear in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. 

Monique James, 22, of Pond Street in New Haven was arrested by police and charged with interfering with a police officer, failure to respond/infraction and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Vincent Ferrara. 

Police arrested Marquis Johnson, 27, of Pond Street in New Haven with charges of disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Vincent Ferrara. 

Mark Criscuolo, 20, of Frank Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with the following:  burglary in the 3rd; larceny in the 6th; criminal impersonation; interfering with a police officer; conspiracy to commit burglary in the 3rd and conspiracy to commit larceny in the 6th.  The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. 

Police arrested Michael Tracey, 18, of Kaye Road in West Haven on the following charges: burglary in the third degree; manufacture and possession of burglar tools; larceny in the sixth degree; conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree; and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fifth and sixth degrees.  The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. 

July 17

Theodore Matos, 28, of Beecher Place in New Haven was arrested and charged with larceny in the fourth degree. The arresting officer was Craig Michalowski. 

Lucia Wood, 47, of Savin Avenue in West Haven was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics; possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 oz. of marijuana, and conspiracy to commit larceny in the fourth degree.  The arresting officer was Craig Michalowski. 

Police arrested Paul Decola, 26, of Velvet Street in North Haven with charges of failing to respond/infraction. The arresting officer was Edmund Vecellio.

Darla Mauro, 48, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Craig Michalowski. 

Police arrested Jonathan Brown, 54, of Nathans Lane in Madison with charges of three counts of failure to appear in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Shirley Conyers.
