East Haven Police Arrests: July 10 - 16

July 16

East Haven Police arrested Mark Paranto, 53, of Short Beach Road in East Haven with charges of interfering with a police officer, breach of peace in the second degree and threatening in the second degree. The arresting officer was Franshesca Ojeda. 

Andrew Garcia, 19, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven was arrested and charged with failure to appear in the second degree. The arresting officer was Robert Brockett.

Joseph Coughlin, 48, of Mill Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and unlawful restraint in the second degree. The arresting officer was Craig Michalowski.  

July 15

Police arrested Jonathan Finkle, 26, of David Drive in East Haven with charges of failure to appear in the second degree.  The arresting officer was Shirley Conyers.

July 13

Francisco Londono, 34, of Ferry Street in New Haven was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Kershen Bissette.

Police arrested Herman Oronoz-Lizardo, 36, of Strong Street in East Haven with charges of disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Kershen Bissette. 

July 12

Edward Cirillo, 49, of Foxon Road in East Haven was arrested by police and charged with failing to carry a registration and/or proof of insurance, operating with under the influence, and possession of narcotics.  The arresting officer was Shirley Conyers.

July 11

Police arrested Nicholas Frank, 22, of Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven with charges of operating an unregistered vehicle, failing to carry registration and/or proof of insurance, misuse of license plate, operating a motor vehicle with an out-of-state license beyond 30 days, home improvement without a license and larceny in the sixth degree.  The arresting officer was Nicholas Palladino. 

Brian Delorge 41, of Main Street in East Haven was arrested and charged with violation of the conditions of release in the second degree.  Arresting officer: Justin Brochu. 

July 10

Police arrested Amy Pellegrino, 25, of Short Beach Road in East Haven with charges of criminal trespass in the first degree, breach of peace in the second degree and assault in the third degree. The arresting officer was Michael Jobes. 

Michael Mennillo, 52, of Walnut Street in Waterbury, CT was arrested by East Haven police and charged with failing to respond to an infraction. The arresting officer was Shirley Conyers.
