East Haven Police Arrests: Interfering with an Officer, Larceny, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Peter Pasquale Savo, 56, if Church Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 10 with disorderly conduct and interference with an emergency call. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 13. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Mark Blair Criscuolo, 21, of Frank Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 10 with first-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $3,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: David Torello.

Franklin Parra, 28, of Rogers Street in Branford was charged Jan. 10 with interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

James Cerell Hawkins, 31, of Gerrish Avenue in East Haven, was charged Jan. 10 with sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Justin Brochu. 

Joseph Ruggiero, 25, of North High Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 9 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan.  10. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Carl A. Perry, 33, of Chapel Street in New Haven, was charged Jan. 9 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 22. Arresting officer: Michael Jobes.

Joseph Edward Jara, 20, of Birchwood Drive in Northford, was charged Jan. 9 with failure to respond to infraction. A bond amount of $92 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 10. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.
