East Haven Police Arrests Include Assaults and Threatening Cases

The following information has been provided by the East Haven Police Department.
David Rivera, 23, of Sorrento Avenue, charged with interfering with a police officer and creating a public disturbance.
James Cerrell Hawkins, 31, of Harold Street, charged with criminal violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespassing.
Melissa L. Diaz, 23, of Exchange Street in New Haven, charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.
Jayce A. Perkins, 27, of an unknown address, charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
Gerardo F. Salazar, 41, of the Boston Post Road in Guilford, charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
