East Haven Police Arrests for Oct. 20 to Oct. 23

Justin Anthony Torello, 23, of Mill Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 22 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Sean Thaddeus Chmielewski, 20, of Hunt Lane in East Haven, was charged Oct. 22 with two separate counts of disorderly conduct. A total bond amount of $2,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 23. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Natasha Shapiro, 22, of Fountain Street in Woodbridge, was charged Oct. 22 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Gregory Melendez, 28, of Forbes Avenue in New Haven, was charged Oct. 22 with possession of narcotics, illegal possession near a school or public housing and injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Shawn T. Hatchel.

Kimberly Amore, 44, of Loring Court in Wallingford, was charged Oct. 22 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Joseph Maurice Foti, 43, of Henry Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 21 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 22. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.
