East Haven Police Arrests for Oct. 24 to Oct. 31

Rudolph B. Torre, 21, of Raynham Road in East Haven, was charged Oct. 28 with sixth-degree larceny. A $2,500 bond was set and he scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino.

Thomas Charles Streeter, 55, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree harassment. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

Robert Francis Frisco, 22, of Sevens Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 28 with interfering with a police officer and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 8. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Kyle Olsen, 25, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Justin Scott Bueschele, 18, of Charter Oak Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 27. Arresting officer: David Olson.

Margaret Fraser, 21, of Landmark Terrace in Woodbridge, was charged Oct. 27 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Leonard Hysaji, 19, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with third-degree burglary, manufacture and/or possession of burglary tools, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 7. Arresting officer: David Olson.

Joseph J. Ferraro, 35, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 27 with third-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer Milton DeJesus.

Heather Clark, 31, of George Street in East Haven was charged Oct. 26 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer Craig Michalowski.

Carlos Andres Gomez, 19, of Clark Street in East Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Raven Tuck, 20, of Warren Place in New Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 6. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Gary Luis Maisonave, 34, of Grandview Avenue in Hamden, was charged Oct. 25 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Alfred Leron, 41, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 26. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Catina Lewis, 39, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Oct. 25 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Lucia Marie Lawlor, 30, of Messina Drive in East Haven, was charged Oct. 24 with possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal trespass. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 25. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.
