East Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 14 to Nov. 20

Joseph Michael Bias, 45, no address listed, was charged Nov. 20 with failure to appear in court and a separate charge of disorderly conduct. A total bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Gary DePalma.

Rhonda M. LaBanca, 43, of Pardee Place Ext in East Haven, was charged Nov. 20 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Justin Anthony Torello, 23, no address listed, was charged Nov. 20 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Diannek Carreno, 36, of Dover Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with third-degree criminal mischief. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Pasquale Michael Moniello, 61, of Saint Andrew Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with second-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

George Daniel Lopez, 18, of Tyler Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with the criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $7,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Gary DePalma.

Joseph P. Santino, 25, of Hall Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $250 and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Rudolph B. Torre, 21, of Raynham Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 19 with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Vincent Esposito, 38, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 18 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is schedule to appear in court Dec. 6. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

Bradley Douglass, 60, of Monticello Drive in Branford, was charged Nov. 17 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, driving in an improper lane and carrying a loaded firearm while intoxicated. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Scott Allan Schofield, 34, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 17 with failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $3,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 3. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Robert Joseph Laccone, 29, of West Lake Avenue in Guilford, was charged Nov. 17 with reckless driving, disorderly conduct, criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 19.

Alfred Roy Poirier, 37, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 16 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 28. Arresting officer: Carlos Roman.

Stacy Marie Votto, 33, of South Hoop Poll Road in Guilford, was charged Nov. 16 with operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to have a vehicle's headlights lit. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino.

Timothy Chase, 30, Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 15 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 16. Arresting officer: Patrick Tracy.

Elmer Dominguez, 39, of Lancer Street in West Haven, was charged Nov. 14 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a license plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operation of a motor vehicle without a driver's license. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 29. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.
