East Haven Police Arrests for Nov. 1 to Nov. 6

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Thomas Michael Chase, 26, of Ardmore Road in Milford, was charged Nov. 6 with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and/or registration, evading responsibility and following too close. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.


Martin Michael Gatavaski, 33, of Cecelia Drive in East Haven, was charged Nov. 6 with criminal violation of a restraining order. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 7. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

William Lewis Flynn, 21, of Stevens Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 6 with injury/risk/impairing the morals of a minor and second-degree sexual assault. A bond amount of $100,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Katherine A. Quinn, 39, of North Haven Street in Ivoryton, was charged Nov. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 21. Arresting officer: Carlos Roman.

Robert Barnabel, 20, of Myron Street in New Haven, was charged Nov. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

David Gontarz, 18, of Hughes Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 5 with third-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief, and a separate count of sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: David Emerman.

Charles Joseph Santanello, 36, of Bradley Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Matthew Michael Martino, 40, of Farm River Road in East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with violation of probation. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13.

Randi DeMaio, 37, of Russo Avenue in East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 5. Arresting officer: David Olson.

Salvatore Anthony Riggione, 43, of Tuttle Place in East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: James W. Naccarato.

Shaun McGill, 34, Tuttle Place of East Haven, was charged Nov. 2 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: James W. Naccarato.

Luis F. Vargas, 29, of Cedar Hill Avenue in New Haven, was charged Nov. 1 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 14. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.
