East Haven Police Arrests for March 17 to March 19

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Angela Margaret, 22, of 11th Street in Derby, was charged March 19 with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court March 20. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

James Michael McCracken, 34, of Michael Street in East Haven, was charged March 19 with disorderly conduct.  A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 20. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Maria Christine Travisano, 28, of Washington Avenue in West Haven, was charged March 19 with possession of narcotics. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Daniel Patrick Lewis, 45, of Main Street in New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Crystal Graveline, 28, of Lombard Street in New Haven, as charged March 18 with failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $150 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Jeffrey Scott Gagnon, 47, of Hillside Avenue in Branford, was charged March 17 with second-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Theodore Joseph Gagnon, 19, of Hillside Avenue in Branford, was charged March 17 with second-degree larceny and second-degree robbery. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Michelle Marie Davis, 30, East Briarwood Lane in Branford, was charged March 17 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 18. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Tilon David Diggs, 33, of Monroe Street in Branford, was charged March 17 with second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 18. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.
