East Haven Police Arrests for Feb. 6 to Feb. 12

Jesse Jay Tomlin, 30, of Foxon Road in North Branford, was charged Feb. 10 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20. Arresting officer: Scott F. Carnignan.
