East Haven Police Arrests for Feb. 13 to Feb. 15

Felecia Marie Donahue, 21, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, was charged Feb. 15 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Andrew Garcia, 19, of Silver Sands Road in East Haven, charged Feb. 15 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.

Michael J. Masselli, 46, Maloy Street in West Haven, was charged Feb. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and fourth-degree criminal attempt at larceny. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Justin Brochu.

Nicholas Proto, 19, of Jardin Drive in East Haven, was charged Feb. 14 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $495 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 20. Arresting officer: Milton DeJesus.

John Seeley Elliot, 78, Morse Place in New Haven, was charged Feb. 13 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Brian Scott Page, 38, of Ellen Place in East Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 10. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Russell Hardisty, 27, of Strong Street in East Haven, was charged Feb. 13 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Joseph Deeley, 42, of Highland Avenue in East Haven, was charged Feb. 13 with interference with an emergency call, third-degree assault, third-degree assault with a victim older than 60 years of age or disabled and second-degree unlawful restraint. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14. Arresting officer: Scott F. Carigan.
