East Haven Police Arrests for April 12 to April 16

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Charlene L. McMillan, 42, of Walnut Street in New Haven, was charged April 16 with evading responsibility. A bond amount of $500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court May 2. Arresting officer: David Torello.

Michael Jason Kelly, 34, of Vineyard Lane in East Haven, was charged April 15 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 16. Arresting officer: David Torello.

Albert Luis Perez, 20, of Market Street in New Haven, was charged April 14 with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of a license plate, driving without insurance, simple trespass and a separate count of failure to respond. A total bond amount of $650 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 24. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Everett Craig Thompson, 43, of Roydon Road in New Haven, was charged April 13 with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court April 24. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman. 

Samantha Brown, 25, of Long Hill Road in Guilford, was charged April 12 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court April 24. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Luz Daisy Rivera, 36, of Sorrento Avenue in East Haven, was charged April 12 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court April 15. Arresting officer: Nicholas G. Palladino. 

Michael Driffin, 37, of South Genesee Street in New Haven, was charged  April 12 with operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a registration and/or license that has been suspended or revoked, failure to bring a motor vehicle to a full stop, carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call, criminal possession of a firearm and second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: David Emerman,
