East Haven Police Arrests: DUI, Sexual Assault, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

John F. Sullo, 36, of Borrman Road in East Haven, was charged March 14 with interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 26. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Herman Napolean, 50, of Newhall Street in New Haven, was charged March 13 with fifth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 26. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

John P. Cerotti, 53, of Laurel Drive in Wallinford, was charged March 12 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Shawn T. Hatchel.

William Snow, 67, of Featherbed Lane in Branford, was charged March 12 with second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 27. Arresting officer: Shawn T. Hatchel.

Jose Jimenez, 40, of Lexington Avenue in New Haven, was charged March 10 with three counts of risk of injury to a child/sexual contact and three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 11. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Daniel P. Gleason, 26, of Concord Street in New Haven, was charged March 10 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Andrea Pepe, 27, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged March 10 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Steven Douglas Megall Ewing, 18, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged March 9 with disorderly conduct and criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 10. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Stephen G. Lampo, 47, of Thompson Avenue in East Haven, was charged March 9 with third-degree burglary, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bind amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 10. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Han Trinh, 53, of East Main Street in Branford, was charged March 8 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and driving in an improper lane. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 20. Arresting officer: Kershen Bissette.

Paul Paolella, 37, of Oregon Avenue in East Haven, was charged March 8 with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. No bond amount was set and was scheduled to appear in court March 10. Arresting officer: John F. Finnimore.
