A Greek and an Italian were sitting in an Oregon Avenue garage one afternoon, working on a broken quad. Their discussion turned to who had the superior culture. The Greek guy says, "Well, we built the Parthenon." Arching his eyebrows, the Italian replies, "We built the Coliseum." The Greek retorts, "We Greeks gave birth to advanced mathematics." The Italian, nodding agreement, says, "But we built the Roman Empire." And so on and so on until the Greek comes up with what he thinks will end the discussion. With a flourish of finality he says, "We invented sex!" The Italian thinks for a couple of seconds and replies quietly, "That is true, but it was the Italians who introduced it to women!"

Cute, this should spark some colorful conversation around the dinner table.

Thanks Norm. I was going to go with the Coe Avenue light bulb joke but we've all heard that one before.

Bob, just had issues dealing with my 94 y.o. Mom and then read your "joke" this morning. Couldn't stop laughing. Thanks for the change in attitude.
