East Haven Police Arrests: Criminal Violation of a Protective Order, Evading Responsibility, Assault

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Jonathan Javier Carreno, 22, of Walnut Street in New Haven, was charged Dec. 17 with driving with no insurance, evading responsibility (pdo, minor injury) and passing on the right. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Molly Tamer, 40, of Wilford Avenue in Branford, was charged Dec. 16 with second-degree failure to appear. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Carmen Martone, 75, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Dec. 16 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 17. Arresting officer: Sean Moriarty.

Atila Horvath, 33, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Dec. 16 with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $4,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 26. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

Michael Alfred Sansevero, 25, of Park Drive in Clinton, was charged Dec. 14 with disorderly conduct, interference with an emergency call and criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 16. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda.
