East Haven Police Arrests: Criminal Violation of a Protective Order, DUI, Assault

The following arrest information was provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Patricia Marie Cole, 29, of Raymond Court in East Haven, was charged Nov. 25 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda. 

David Velez, 43, of Raymond Court in East Haven, was charged Nov. 25 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda. 

Erica Richetelli, 30, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 24 with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 25. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Peter Anthony Latella, 50, of Sibley Lane in East Haven, was charged Nov. 23 with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 5. Arresting officer: Mark Fitzgerald. 

Anthony Toscano, 24, of Roosevelt Drive in Oxford, was charged Nov. 22 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Nov. 25. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara.

Theodore Matos, 29, of Beecher Place in New Haven, was charged Nov. 21 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 4. Arresting officer: Vincent Ferrara. 

Heather Donaldson, 27, of Florence Street in East Haven, was charged Nov. 21 with injury, risk and/or impairing the morals of a minor and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 4. Arresting officer: Kevin P. Klarman.

Donald Robert DiBlanco, 19, of Sorrento Avenu in East Haven, was charged Nov. 20 with reckless driving, disobeying a police officer's signal the first time, operation of an ATV without registration and operation of an ATV on a public highway. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 5. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.
