East Haven Police Arrests: Assault, Strangulation, Disorderly Conduct

Thomas Williams, 58, of Mix Avenue in Hamden, was charged March 4 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 12. 

Benley Andrevil, 31, of Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged March 3 with assault on a police or firefighter or EMS officer and second-degree breach of peace. A bond amount of $7,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Marc 4. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda.

Christopher John Libero, 51, of Bishop Road in Branford, was charged March 3 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same date. Arresting officer: Sean Moriarty.

Scott G. Bird, 29, of Beach Avenue in Madison, was charged March 2 with simple trespass and second-degree breach of peace. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 12. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Kyle Anthony Sarclone, 27, of Carter Avenue in Madison, was charged Feb. 28 with second-degree failure to appear in court. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court March 12. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski

Louis Michael Perillo, 49, of Laurel Street in East Haven, was charged Feb. 28 with third-degree strangulation. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court March 3. Arresting officer: Monique S. Colbert.

Lori Hart-Noyes, 55, of Montoya Drive in Branford, was charged Feb. 28 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court March 12. Arresting officer: Michael Jobes.

Luis J. Garcia, 42, of Hellstrom Road in East Haven, was charged Feb. 28 with disorderly conduct. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Jocelyn Consiglio, 41, of Hellstrom Avenue in East Haven, was charged Feb. 28 with disorderly conduct. No bond amount was set and she was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Craig Michalowski.

Matthew P. Modena, 51, of Bradford Avenue in East Haven, was charged Feb. 26 with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $7,500 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 26. Arresting officer: Franshesca Ojeda.
