East Haven Police Arrests for Jan. 11 to Jan. 15

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Steven Espeut, 34, of Orchard Street in New Haven, was charged Jan. 15 with operating an unregistered vehicle, misuse of a license plate, driving without insurance and operating a motor vehicle with a registration and/or license that has been suspended or revoked. A bond amount of $1,500 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 31. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino.

Rajanikant Patel, 53, of Main Street in East Haven, was charged Jan. 15 with second-degree threatening. A bond amount of $50,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Jan. 16. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Frank Todd Kinney, 46, of Short Beach Road in East Haven, was charged Jan. 13 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 24. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

Lori Wojciechowski, 49, of Townsend Avenue in New Haven, was charged Jan. 13 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 24. Arresting officer: John. F. Finnimore.

Adam Alberto Luis Pagan, 18, of Lancraft Street in New Haven, was charged Jan. 11 with possession and/or use of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, third-degree forgery and third-degree criminal attempt at larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 23. Arresting officer: Nicholas S. Palladino.
