East Haven Arrests for Sept. 5 to Sept. 11

This information about recent arrests has been provided by the East Haven Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Scott Kenneth Perillo, 28, of Coe Avenue in East Haven, was charged Sept. 11 with operating a motor vehicle without a registration and/or license that is suspended or revoked, failure to obey a traffic control signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics. No bond amount was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Joseph Murgo.


John B. Terrace, 78, of Palmetto Trail in East Haven, was charged Sept. 10 with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana. A bond amount of $5,000 was set and he is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 19. Arresting officer: Nicholas Palladino.

Roger William Card, 37, listed as homeless in New Haven, was charged Sept. 10 with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order. A bond amount of $25,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court the same day. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Gina Marie Riha, 53, of Borrman Road in East Haven, was charged Sept. 8 with operation of a motor vehcile while under the influence and driving in an improper lane. A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 10. Arresting officer: Thomas J. Herbert.

James Michael Trudden, 44, of Dora Drive in East Haven, was charged Sept. 8 with disorderly conduct and interference with an emergency call. A bond amount of $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 10. Arresting officer: Anthony Rybaruk.

Joan Elizabeth Lucas, 55, of Deerfield Street in East Haven, was charged Sept. 8 with evading responsibility, operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive right, drug paraphernalia use in connection with a half-ounce of cannabis and possession of less than half an ounce of cannabis (1st offense). A bond amount of $2,500 was set and she is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 20. Arresting officer: Robert S. Brockett.

Flora Perrelli, 63, of Hoop Pole Road in Guilford, was charged Sept. 6 with sixth-degree larceny. No bond amount was set and she is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 19. Arresting officer: Danielle M. Germe.

Joseph Robert Laccone, 29, of West Lake Avenue in Guilford, was charged Sept. 5 with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 6. Arresting officer: Matthew J. Wambolt.

Shaina Marie Baker, 20, of Hemingway Avenue in East Haven, was charged Sept. 5 with sixth-degree larceny. A bond amount of $1,000 was set and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 12. Arresting officer: Joseph Finoia.

Kyle Lucien Piche, 24, of Hellstrom Road in East Haven, was charged Sept. 5 with criminal violation of a protective order. A bond amount of $10,000 was set and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 6. Arresting officer: Edmund Vecellio.

How come the details of this tragedy are not reported? The road was shutdown for five hours! I heardRead More the contractor moved the lines in the road to avoid the secret military plumbing project and didn't post signs to alert drivers.
